The house Juana Isabel is located in Costa Teguise in a quiet residential area. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms for up to 4 persons. Both bedrooms have double beds. The bedrooms have their own set of beds, large fitted wardrobes and 1 set of towels per person is provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with complete kitchenware, hob, oven, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The living-dining room is in the next room with its Smart-TV and high speed WiFi. The house has 2 bathrooms with shower and a toilet. There is a laundry room, with washing machine and dryer, for cleaning your clothes.
The house has a large patio with dining table, hammocks and a modern barbecue where you can enjoy the outdoors and sunbathe in any season of the year since its south orientation is perfect and you can enjoy the sun all day long.
Parking has never been so easy. If you rent a car, you can leave it inside the residential, next to your house.
If you come with children, they would love to visit the water park, which is almost next to the house. There is also a golf course just a few metres away. The nearest supermarket is the Hiperdino Express about 5 minutes by car. If you are looking for leisure and restaurants, Pueblo Marino is only 2km away. There are several beaches within easy reach such as Playa de Las Cucharas. The area is ideal for all tastes, as Costa Teguise offers all kinds of services.

Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, kitchenware, capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, 3-burner hob, large fridge and freezer.
