The property is located in the quiet complex of Las Coronas in Costa Teguise, only 5 minutes walking distance to Playa Bastian. The complex has a communal swimming pool with sun loungers and a small bar for the exclusive use of the guests.
Just in front of the complex there is a small supermarket, some shops, bars and restaurants.
The flat is completely refurbished and furnished to a high standard to ensure a luxurious stay.
It has one bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe, a safe, ceiling fan and heating system.
The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
One set of towels per person is provided as well as pool towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, coffee machine, microwave, oven, large fridge, freezer and cooking utensils.
The living room with desk, sofa and smart TV opens onto the spacious terrace equipped with comfortable sun loungers, table and chairs. From here you can enjoy a spectacular sea view.
